Ask Us Anything Sessions

If you are considering running for an SEA leadership position and would like to learn more, we will host Ask Us Anything sessions with current SEA officers. These informal office hours are an opportunity to ask questions about service, time commitment, current or ongoing projects, and hear directly about the experience of serving. For those who can’t attend one of these sessions, we will share-out alternative engagement opportunities (e.g., a padlet to ask anonymous questions and see answers to questions that have already been addressed). 

Sessions:

• Wednesday, July 8 at 6 pm - President and Events Officer hosting

• Tuesday, July 14 at 3 pm - President and Finance Officer hosting

• Friday, July 24 at 12 pm - President and Finance Officer hosting

• Tuesday, August 4 at 12:30 pm - President and Communications Officer hosting

Election Timeline:

• July 15: Nominations open and election process announced
• July and August: Ask Us Anything sessions with current officers
• August 28: Nominations close
• September 7 - 18: Election voting period
• October 1: New Board Members Announced
• December 4: New Board Member Handoff at Annual Business Meeting
