Evaluation can feel like a solo sport, but it doesn't have to be. We’re inviting you to an afternoon of "simulated chaos" and some informal networking.

It’s time to play The Pivot: An Evaluation Game! We’re gathering at the High Point library in West Seattle for a game that centers the "human element" of our work. You’ll work in small teams to navigate a complex mission, making the hard calls between budget constraints, data quality, and community equity. It’s an evening designed to celebrate the plasticity, resilience, and adaptability that make a great evaluator.
