This session explores Outcome Harvesting+Attitude Change, an adaptation of a globally used methodology that offers a unique approach to evaluating programs focusing on equity and cohesion within our own US context. Whereas Outcome Harvesting uses retrospective logic for identifying emerging behavior change outcomes in complex systems, OH+AC adds in attitude change data to support programs in which mindsets are central to the theory of change. For example, attitude is key in advancing equity with marginalized groups and building relationships across diverse communities - both central to peace and democracy building. During this session, Michelle Garred and Min Ma will walk us through key components of OH+AC and share how they have applied the method in the US and abroad. Get familiar with OH+AC by reviewing this how-to Guide by the session presenters.
