The COVID-19 pandemic and the racial violence towards Black communities in the U.S. and beyond have pushed individuals and organizations to think critically about their roles and practices through a racial equity lens. These events further commit the Seattle Evaluation Association to strengthen the evaluation field by providing networking opportunities for our members to engage on topics related to equity and anti-racism. We hope you join us at this month's Seattle Evaluation Association Journal Club as we discuss the Racial Equity Impact Assessment Guide, developed by Race Forward. We will review the guide, discuss how evaluators can implement this guide into our practice, and share successes and challenges as individuals or organizations working towards racial equity.
